1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using PromptKits products ("Products"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use our Products.

2. What You're Buying

PromptKits sells digital products consisting of:

• AI prompt templates and systems
• Workflow automation templates (n8n, Make.com)
• Documentation and guides

You receive: Immediate access to download digital files after purchase.

You don't receive: Ongoing support, updates (unless specified), or access to AI APIs (you need your own).

3. License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

You CAN:

• Use the Products for your own business or personal projects
• Modify the prompts for your specific use case
• Use outputs generated by the prompts commercially
• Use the workflow templates in your automation tools

You CANNOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the Products
• Include the Products in competing products or services
• Claim authorship of the original Products
• Use the Products to create a competing prompt marketplace

4. Digital Products & Withdrawal Rights

Important: Our products are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon purchase.

By completing your purchase, you:

• Consent to immediate delivery of the digital content
• Acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins

This is in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m) for digital content.

No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Before purchasing: Please review the product description carefully. Sample outputs and documentation are provided on each product page so you know exactly what you're getting.

5. No Guarantees

We provide the Products "as is." We don't guarantee:

• Specific results or outcomes
• Compatibility with future AI model versions
• Uptime or availability of third-party services

AI outputs vary based on many factors outside our control.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Your own AI API costs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Compliance with AI provider terms of service
• Legal use of generated content
• Data privacy in your workflows

7. Intellectual Property

• PromptKits retains ownership of all Products
• You own outputs generated using our prompts
• Don't copy our website, branding, or marketing materials

8. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

We are not liable for:

• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party service failures

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
